What's included vs. billed separately
Important cost note
- The build fee covers implementation only.
- Hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), automation (n8n), messaging, and AI model/API usage are billed separately, at the underlying provider's own rates — these depend on traffic and usage and are not fixed costs MEY can quote upfront.
- Wherever practical, these accounts are connected directly to the client's own accounts (client owns and pays their own Vercel/Supabase/etc. bill) rather than being resold with markup.
- A 50% deposit is required to start a build; balance is due on delivery.
- Once the balance is paid, the client owns the website and code, deployment access, and relevant documentation, subject to any clearly stated third-party licenses.

Yes. Once the agreed project balance is paid, the client receives the project source, deployment access and relevant documentation, subject to any clearly stated third-party licences.
The build fee covers implementation. Vercel, Supabase, n8n, messaging, model/API and other usage-based costs are separate because they depend on traffic and activity. They are connected to the client's accounts wherever practical.
